Important Dates
INDIVIDUALS
If space allows we will continue to register campers right up though the Monday prior to camp starting. We typically sell out so . . . sign up before we fill up.
- Individual Application: Deadline June 13, 2010 or until camp is full.
- Individual Balance Due: Deadline June 20, 2010 (first day of camp).
TEAMS
Processing the necessary paperwork for a TEAM generally takes more time and effort. Therefore all teams must submit their documentation (rosters, rooming lists, & payments) no later than June 6, 2010 to make sure that everything is correct and up-to-date before your arrival.
DON'T FORGET... DEPOSITS MUST BE MADE ON ONE CHECK (NO MULTIPLE CHECKS)... THE BALANCE DUE MUST ALSO BE ON ONLY ONE CHECK.
