Teams
Teams must register together and at the same time. Individual registration forms or deposit will not be accepted if mailed separately from the team's registration. The team's head coach should collect all camper applications and insurance forms as well as a $30.00 deposit from each member of the team. Coaches should then mail a team roster, dorm rooming list, all applications and insurance forms, along with one check covering the total deposits for members of the team prior to the registration deadline of June 6th. Example: 25 team members attending, then a check to Oregon Football Camp should be mailed for the amount of $750.00. The balance must then be paid with one check upon check-in at the camp.

Applications can also be faxed or mailed upon request through our camp office: Tel: 541-346-3825 (our secure fax line is 541-346-5033). ALL information and the waiver must be completed, SIGNED, and submitted with a $100 deposit and proof of insurance (i.e insurance company, member ID, etc.). Sign up before we fill up. Keep in mind that the camp roster is typically full months before camp begins.
Due to NCAA rules, all balances must be paid on the first day of camp.
